I couldn’t be happier , never disappointed , William in Service exceptional, Britney in sales awesome , great experience past and present.

Truck was at the dealership over a month, picked it up just to find out it’s making the same exact noise as before. Dealership will not work on it until I put “break in miles” on it to see if it will go away, yet this is at least the third time they’ve tried to rebuild it. Dealer claims they keep getting bad parts and that’s what is preventing them from fixing it right. Was denied from a different dealer to even work on it just because this dealer has already been this far into it. Not left with any good options, and a truck that’s still messed up.

I felt like my concerns were heard and taken very seriously! I also felt like I was just visiting friends which is an awesome feeling when you walk into a business! I will definitely be back for any other service we need.

We went in for a new york state inspection. They inspected the vehicle and installed a complimentary pair of wipers.
