    • New Ranger

I wanted to downside from my F150 so I went to look at mid size trucks. When comparing the top 5, I decided on the Ranger. Not because I had a Ford before, but because I felt I was picking the best truck. The ranger had the best interior layout and quality, the others felt more dated. It has great tech features mixed with manual buttons which I prefer. I like the size on the interior cab since I was specifically wanting to downsize, it has a more cozy feel then my F150. The transmission does shift harder, but the ride is comfortable and smooth so this didn't deter me away. It gets great gas mileage for a truck it's size.

Just got an XLT Ranger 2WD SuperCrew and I love it! I test drove 2019 Tacoma trd 4x4 too but it felt slow. The windshield seemed small, like a letterbox movie kinda. Coming from an 01 f150 lariat 4x4 this thing is fast. The bells and whistles Ford put on this thing continue to amaze me. Got a certified pre owned so hopefully nothing breaks down the road but oh man, the interior, the gas mileage and the POWER!! A+++ I love starting it with my phone, lane assist is a huge plus. Sport mode makes it even faster. The gas saving mode at lights is hardly noticeable, it gets such good Gas mileage. So happy!
    • Best Overall Vehicle

This truck is so much more than what I expected. I have had a Frontier, Tacoma, Canyon and Ridgeline and none of these measure up. I love to just ride around in this truck because it is so fun to drive. The engine sounds and drives like a V6 even though it is a 4 cylinder. I finally found a truck or car that meets all my expectations.
